    Fascinating! The times when I've had OBE is when I've been overtired and seem to wake up a bit and go back to sleep. The article calls that a WILD or wake-initiated lucid dream. But in both my OBE's and lucid dreams, I've had them when I didn't try to have them but they just happened.
