    That's good to remember when doing dream interpretation. The type of storm could also reflect a person's inner mood.

    Yes, I think it's easy to assume that the powerful forces which seem to be working against you sometimes are out of your control when, in fact, they're often created by you in the first place. This is true in dreams and perhaps more so in waking life too, in a less obvious way.
