Comment on Dreams and Themes

This appears to be a very informative website. Dreams are evocative, regardless of the various theories proposed by research scientists, simply because we're human and need to understand whatever stories appear in our minds, waking or sleeping.

I found the part about brain chemicals particularly interesting. I wonder if regulating dopamine levels could be the key to the treatment of schizophrenia.

I think that's what the medications given to control schizophrenia try to do.

That didn't even occur to me what type of medications they use, but it makes sense.

that is interesting but what does it have to do with my dreams.

It's a theory about why everybody dreams.
